Concussion Training – Required Coach Checklist

Who: 
All Managers, Coaches, and Volunteers with player contact (ages 11+)

Requirement:
☐ Complete Annual Concussion Recognition Training (Colorado law)

Deadline:
☐ Must be completed before the first practice or game

After Completion:
☐ Take a screenshot of your completion certificate
☐ Notify the Safety Officer once completed
☐ Confirm your training shows as completed in the Little League system

Important Reminder:
