Baseball All-Star tryouts will be held June 4th & 5th at Bear Creek Elementary
Wednesday, June 4th:
- 5pm Majors (Little League ages 10-12)
- 6pm Intermediates (LL ages 11-13) and Juniors (LL ages 12-14)
Thursday, June 5th:
- 5pm Minors (LL ages 8-10)
- Makeups (any of the above ages)
Teams will be announced on Saturday, June 7th, and the All-Star season will begin in late June or early July (TBD).
Here's what to expect:
-
Teams will be formed based on tryouts, with input from regular season coaches and player availability. Final selections are based on skill, performance, and commitment level.
-
We anticipate forming multiple teams for both baseball (10U, 12U, Intermediate/Juniors)
-
Teams will include up to 13–14 players and will be managed by Board-appointed coaches.
-
The time and travel commitment is significant. Some teams could play through late July, with 12U possibly extending to mid-August if advancing to regionals or beyond.
-
Practices begin shortly after team announcements and are typically held in the afternoons or evenings, several times a week.
-
Families should also be aware of additional costs, including travel and hotels for tournaments. District and State Tournament locations will be shared once finalized.
-
Tournament play is highly competitive, with no guarantee of equal playing time and a strong emphasis on winning, especially for teams pursuing a path to the Little League World Series.
While the commitment is high, the All-Stars experience is an incredible opportunity for players to grow, compete at a higher level, build deep friendships, and represent Tri-Lakes Little League with pride. We encourage all interested families to review the upcoming email and consider whether All-Stars is the right fit for your player this summer.
Let’s finish the spring season strong—and get ready for an unforgettable summer of All-Stars!
